The refrigerator is 1200 mm wide and 1950 mm high, with a setpoint between −2 and +10 °C. The AISI 304 stainless-steel chamber has three plastic-coated wire shelves per door that come out without tools.
Fan-assisted cooling keeps the temperature even throughout, and defrost is automatic. R290 refrigerant and 50 mm of high-density polyurethane insulation keep energy use low, and the touch-screen controller gives a HACCP alarm. Refrigerating capacity 619 W (evaporating −10 °C, condensing +54.4 °C), electrical power 415 W at 230 V, 50 Hz, climate class 7.
Net weight 180 kg, gross 197 kg. A key lock, castors and a plastic-coated wire shelf are available as options.
