Each shelf takes one GN 2/1 or two GN 1/1 pans, and the door locks. Inside are three plastic-coated grid shelves and the base; each shelf carries up to 40 kg, and stamped guides with rounded edges make cleaning simple.
Air circulation is fan-driven, and the evaporator has an anti-corrosion cover. The door closes by itself, stays open at 120° and can be re-hinged on site, while a door switch stops the fan whenever it is opened. Temperature range −2…+8 °C, refrigerant R600a, power 182 W, energy class C.
The 653 × 842 × 2040 mm cabinet has 60 mm polyurethane insulation and stands on legs adjustable from 130 to 200 mm. Defrost and defrost-water evaporation are automatic.
