About this product

Description

Built for bakery and pastry work, the Asber GCPB-701 is an Essenzial Line refrigerator with interior dimensions designed for 600 × 400 mm (EN) trays. Net capacity is 303 litres, and the full-height solid door locks. There are three grid shelves and the base.

The guide rails come out without tools for easy cleaning, and the epoxy-coated grids can be placed at the required height without extra rails; each carries up to 40 kg. Fan-assisted cooling is digitally controlled, a door switch stops the fan when the door opens, and a ventilation grille on the front panel keeps the refrigeration unit working efficiently.

Temperature −2…+8 °C, power 182 W, energy class E, 50 mm insulation. External dimensions 760 × 729 × 2005 mm. A full-length handle is integrated into the door, and the hinge side must be stated when ordering.
