Call sales +372 5559 3678Made for professional kitchens, the Gram SUPERIOR PLUS M 72 RCG L2 4S is a fifth-generation SUPERIOR gastronorm refrigerator. The depth takes GN 2/1 containers, and two GN 1/1 containers fit one behind the other directly on the support runners. Usable volume is 462 litres, with 610 litres gross.
In the Ecodesign energy test its annual consumption is 285 kWh, which qualifies it for energy class A. The right-hinged, self-closing solid door opens with a foot pedal, stays open beyond 90° and has a full-height integrated handle; door and pedal are reversible.
The concealed control panel has a high IP rating, sits behind a transparent upper panel and has a keypad lock. Electronic control gives visual alarms for door open and high or low temperature. The gasket comes off without tools, and insulation is 80 mm HFC-free PU foam.
Feet or castors can be chosen. The interior is AISI SS430 stainless steel with rounded corners, and the four stainless shelves and modular runners are removable and dishwasher-safe. Optimised airflow and dry cooling keep the temperature even and reduce condensation on the product; a fan switch limits air loss when the door opens.
A dedicated thawing function helps limit weight loss. Temperature −5…+12 °C, climate class ST (+16…+38 °C), refrigerant R600a, rated power 181 W, energy use 0.78 kWh per 24 h, noise 45 dBA.
