Description

The Everlasting Professional 85 (70/85) is the short refrigerated counter of the 70 cm line: at 851 mm wide it fits a corner, the end of a line or a smaller kitchen. The chilled compartment holds −2…+10 °C, and the top comes in three forms: without worktop, with worktop, or with worktop and splashback.

The counter is AISI 304 stainless steel inside and out, with a galvanised technical compartment and base. The airflow system distributes cold evenly to all products, defrost is automatic and the evaporator is kept apart from the storage space. The control panel provides high and low humidity settings and an overcooling function.

A plastic-coated wire shelf sits behind the door; a glass door with LED lighting is optional. Refrigerating capacity 385 W (−10 °C / +54.4 °C), electrical power 240 W, refrigerant R290, climate class 5. With worktop (TBC01100000000) it measures 851 × 701 × 850 mm; without worktop (TBC01000000000) the height is 810 mm and with splashback (TBC01200000000) 950 mm.
