The worktop sits at 850 mm and the counter is 1759 mm wide, giving a work surface above and chilled ingredient storage at −2…+10 °C below. Inside, the airflow system spreads cold air evenly to all products, the evaporator is outside the storage space and defrost is automatic.
The control panel combines a HACCP alarm log with energy-saving and overcooling functions. Each door opens onto a section with one plastic-coated wire shelf; internal drawers of 75 or 150 mm and a key lock for doors and drawers are optional. Refrigerating capacity is 619 W (evaporating −10 °C, condensing +54.4 °C) and electrical power 390 W; refrigerant R290, climate class 5, insulation 50 mm.
The P version with worktop (TBC03100000000) measures 1759 × 701 × 850 mm and weighs 161 kg net. The S version without worktop is 810 mm high and the A version with splashback 950 mm.
