Description

With its worktop at 900 mm, the Everlasting Professional 175 (70/90) is a refrigerated counter for the 70 cm line. The unit is built in and uses R290; ingredients and prepared items are held at −2…+10 °C below a stainless-steel work surface. On the control panel the user can choose high or low humidity, use the energy-saving and overcooling functions and review the HACCP alarm log.

Alarms are raised for temperature, power failure and a dirty condenser. Optional extras include a Wi-Fi module for remote management, an RS-485 port for supervision systems, castors and glass doors with LED lighting. Refrigerating capacity 619 W (−10 °C / +54.4 °C), electrical power 390 W, climate class 5.

With worktop it measures 1759 × 701 × 900 mm and weighs 161 kg net. Other finishes: S without worktop at 860 mm (TBD03000000000) and A with splashback at 1000 mm (TBD03200000000).
