Description

The Everlasting Professional 130 (70/90) is a refrigerated counter with a 900 mm high worktop and a chilled compartment held at −2…+10 °C. With its own monoblock unit, it is 1305 mm wide and 701 mm deep, and the series' finish suits open kitchens. The airflow system carries cold air evenly to all products, and the separate evaporator compartment leaves the chamber free for maximum loading.

Each door has a plastic-coated wire shelf on stainless-steel runners. High or low humidity can be set on the controller, HACCP alarms are logged and defrost is automatic. Refrigerating capacity 385 W, electrical power 240 W, refrigerant R290, climate class 5.

The P version with worktop weighs 126 kg net. S (860 mm) and A (1000 mm) versions are also available; options include a UVC lamp, glass doors with LED lighting, castors, a lock and drawers.
