Chilled storage at −2…+10 °C runs the full length below, with the refrigeration unit built in. Everlasting highlights the high-density polyurethane insulation and R290 refrigerant as the basis for low energy use.
The evaporator is separate from the storage space, so the interior can be fully loaded. A control panel with HACCP alarm log monitors temperature, power failure and condenser cleanliness. Racks lift out without tools and the internal corners are rounded.
