Call sales +372 5559 3678With a flat 50 mm AISI 304 worktop and no upstand, the KBS11M gives an 880 mm-high work surface over a one-door compartment for EN 60 × 40 cm trays. The worktop is lined for soundproofing, and the compartment holds 193 litres gross and 120 litres net at −2…+8 °C.
Relative humidity is selectable at 75% or 90% from the digital thermometer-thermostat. An AISI 304 grid-supporting rack provides seven positions spaced 75 mm, and the inner bottom has rounded corners. Fan-assisted cooling, automatic electric defrost, an evaporator with anti-corrosion treatment and a pull-out cooling unit for condenser cleaning complete the build.
