Three doors lead into one compartment of 564 litres gross and 360 litres net, set up for EN 60 × 40 cm pastry trays and a −2…+8 °C range. The digital thermometer-thermostat offers two humidity settings, 75% and 90%, and a communication port.
Each section has an AISI 304 grid rack with seven 75 mm positions. Ventilated cooling, automatic electric defrost, an evaporator treated against corrosion and a cooling unit that pulls out for condenser cleaning are built in, and the worktop is lined for soundproofing.
