Cooling well CW2/V

Chilled dishes on a buffet are kept in GN 1/1 pans (sourced separately) in this Tefcold CW2/V cooling well. Unlike the static CW2, it has fan-assisted cooling, which keeps the temperature even across the whole well. The well is AISI 304 stainless steel inside and out, with internal measurements of 681.6 × 547.6 × 210 mm.

Defrosting is automatic, an electronic thermostat sets the temperature and a thermometer displays it. The refrigerant is R290. Temperature range +2…+8 °C, gross volume 107 l and net 64 l.

The fan-cooled well uses 3.66 kWh per 24 h and 122 W, with a noise level of 42 dBA. Height 636 mm, width 788 mm, depth 688 mm; weight 38 kg, or 46 kg packed.
