Cooling well CW3/V

The CW3/V is a mid-length cooling well for buffets where dishes are served in GN 1/1 pans. Fan-assisted cooling spreads cold air evenly across the whole well; pans are sourced separately. Well and cabinet are AISI 304 stainless steel, with internal dimensions of 1014 × 508 × 186 mm.

Automatic defrost keeps maintenance simple. The electronic thermostat sets the temperature and the thermometer shows the actual reading. Refrigerant is R290.

Adjustable range +2…+8 °C; gross volume 161 l and net 96 l. It uses 3.84 kWh per 24 h, draws 122 W and runs at 42 dBA. Overall the unit measures 1122 × 688 × 636 mm and weighs 42 kg (52 kg packed).
