Call sales +372 5559 3678The CW4/V combines a 1456 mm well with fan-assisted cooling that keeps buffet dishes at an even temperature along its full length. GN 1/1 pans are ordered separately. AISI 304 stainless steel is used inside and out, and the well measures 1344 × 508 × 186 mm internally.
Defrosting is automatic, the electronic thermostat sets the temperature and a thermometer lets staff monitor it; refrigerant R290. Temperature can be set to +2…+8 °C; gross volume 213 l and net 127 l. The well uses 4.56 kWh per 24 h and 235 W, at 42 dBA.
