It takes 6 GN 1/3 pans, which are ordered separately. A glass sneeze guard above the food protects it while keeping it in clear view.
Interior and exterior are SS201 stainless steel. Cooling is static from a self-contained unit with manual defrost, and a digital controller with a temperature display sets the temperature. The unit stands on four adjustable feet.
