The Tefcold GVC38-160 is a 1600 mm countertop vitrine cooler that takes seven GN 1/3 pans (not supplied), and it can also be used to sell loose salads. A glass sneeze guard and glass sides keep the food protected while leaving it in clear view.
The body and display surface are durable SS201 stainless steel. Cooling is static, and manual defrost and defrost-water removal prevent ice build-up. A digital controller with temperature display runs the self-contained unit, which stands on four adjustable feet.
