The Meatico Meat 700 is meant for operators who dedicate a cabinet entirely to dry-ageing meat, as more restaurants and butchers now follow the maturing of their own cuts. It takes up to 150 kg, and in its glass-door versions it can stand in the dining room so guests follow the process step by step.
It is offered in four finishes. INOX has a Scotch-Brite AISI 304 exterior and a solid door. GLASS keeps that exterior with a triple-glazed full glass door in black anodised profiles.
VIP is mirror-polished AISI 304 inside and out with a stainless-framed glass door, and BLACK uses black plastic-coated steel with a glass door. Every version has a mirror-polished AISI 304 interior. Control is through the 7-inch Meatico panel with 4 pre-set recipes, programmable recipes of up to 4 stages and 10 fully customisable ones.
Standard fit-out: 3 pairs of runners, 3 GN 2/1 wire shelves (530 × 650 mm), a meat hook rail with 2 hooks and a UV-C LED lamp. Fan-assisted cooling with adjustable speed, 0 to +10 °C, 40–90% humidity without a water supply, R290, 750 × 850 × 2080 mm.
