Toppings go into nine GN 1/3 pans (not included), and a separate ambient-temperature drawer section is intended for pizza dough.
Behind the two self-closing solid doors are 14 runners in total, seven per door, for 400 × 600 mm trays. The topping unit has a glass front. Cooling combines static and fan-assisted operation, defrost is automatic and the electronic controller has a thermometer.
The granite keeps the work surface cool, and the AISI 201 and AISI 304 stainless-steel cabinet stands on eight adjustable feet. Overall dimensions 2045 × 800 × 1448 mm, internal dimensions 1052 × 630 × 589 mm and 357 kg net weight. Operating range +2…+10 °C and gross and net volume 390 / 370 litres.
