Its glass structure protects the food, while ingredients stay chilled and clearly visible. It is AISI 304 stainless steel inside and out, with internal dimensions of 845 × 305 × 155 mm.
Cooling is static and defrosting manual; an electronic controller manages the temperature and a thermometer displays it. The display stands on four adjustable feet. Temperature range +2…+10 °C and volume 40 l.
The display uses 4.32 kWh per 24 h and 112 W, with a noise level of 47 dBA and R600a refrigerant. Length 1200 mm, depth 395 mm, height 425 mm; weight 40 kg (45 kg gross).
