A glass sneeze guard protects the food while leaving the ingredients in view. Static cooling keeps the ingredients fresh, and defrosting is manual.
An electronic controller with digital display and a thermometer let the temperature be monitored. Durable AISI 201 stainless steel is used for both cabinet and interior, and the feet are adjustable. Adjustment range +2…+8 °C, R600a, 122 W, 2.93 kWh per 24 h and 40 dBA.
