The temperature can be set from −2 to +20 °C, and the cabinet stands 1875 mm tall. In the stainless-steel chamber, fan-assisted cooling keeps the air moving and automatic defrost evaporates the meltwater.
The electronic Gram controller includes a voltage-free contact, E-sensor, dry cooling and offset, and a digital thermometer shows the internal temperature. Audible and visual alarms signal a temperature deviation or an open door. A glass door can be chosen instead of the solid door as an option.
