It holds 930 litres gross and 702 litres net, with a range of −2 to +20 °C. The chamber is stainless steel.
Fan-assisted cooling keeps the temperature even across the large interior, defrost is automatic and the defrost water is evaporated. The electronic Gram controller has a voltage-free contact, E-sensor, dry cooling and offset, and audible and visual alarms respond to high or low temperature and an open door.
The cabinet has a solid door, with a glass door available as an option. The cabinet uses 2.1 kWh a day, with 457 W of electrical power and a noise level of 48.5 dBA; refrigerant R290. With a solid door it works in ambient temperatures of +10…+43 °C, with a glass door +10…+38 °C.
