Bakery freezer Sagi KFSDR2B

Built to hold large EN 60 × 80 cm trays at −24…−12 °C, the KFSDR2B is a remote-cooled cabinet: the condensing unit is installed separately and is not part of the supply. The body is one-piece AISI 304 18-10 stainless steel with rounded internal corners and a diamond-treated bottom.

Inside, a finned evaporator works with a fan, defrost is automatic by electric heating elements and condensate is evaporated automatically. The rack has 40 positions at 30 mm pitch with removable supports, and the electronic controller has a digital display. External dimensions 820 × 1000 × 2040 mm, net weight 155 kg, electrical power 1200 W.

Climate class 5, 75 mm insulation, lockable door and LED lighting. This model falls outside the EU energy label.
