The rack offers 40 positions at 30 mm spacing on 20 pairs of AISI 304 runners. Its one-piece AISI 304 stainless-steel body has rounded internal corners and a diamond-treated bottom.
The fan-assisted system uses an evaporator outside the compartment, hot-gas defrost starts only when needed and condensate is evaporated automatically. The controller has HACCP alarms, Hyper Cold and Energy Saving functions and a 75% or 90% humidity setting; a retractable front panel gives service access.
