Its rack has 40 positions at 30 mm spacing on 20 pairs of AISI 304 runners, and the cabinet is intended for ambient temperatures up to 40 °C. The one-piece AISI 304 stainless-steel body has rounded internal corners and a diamond-treated bottom.
The evaporator sits outside the compartment; cooling is fan-assisted and hot-gas defrost runs only when needed, with automatic evaporation of the condensate. The controller offers HACCP alarms, Hyper Cold and Energy Saving programmes and a 75% or 90% humidity setting.
The lockable door self-closes below 90° and can be reversed on site. Temperature −22…−15 °C, gross/net volume 521/352 litres, energy use 3.6 kWh per 24 h (class C, EEI 40.98; 1314 kWh a year), refrigerant R290 (0.11 kg). Insulation 75 mm, sound power 48 dBA.
