Within the pizza line it can be combined with a granite worktop (180 mm splashback, 800 mm deep, 30 mm thick) and a glass-topped refrigerated showcase, bought separately; the showcases for this model are VTR1P (TBP42100000000) and VTR6P (TBP42300000000).
The monoblock unit is connected to a ventilation channel under the worktop that spreads cold air evenly. Each door has a pair of L-shaped runners and a plastic-coated wire shelf. The control panel offers a HACCP alarm log plus energy-saving and overcooling functions.
A frame for pizza containers and dough containers are optional. Temperature range −2…+10 °C in climate class 5, refrigerating capacity 385 W at −10 °C evaporating, electrical power 240 W, refrigerant R290. External dimensions 1472 × 800 × 1390 mm, net weight 298 kg.
