Pizza counter GP93

The GP93 is a 1365 mm pizza counter with a longer worktop; its granite top stays cool and keeps dough from sticking easily. Ingredients can be lined up in GN 1/6 pans, with stock kept in the cupboards below. Behind the three solid doors are three white wire shelves, and the cabinet is AISI 201 stainless steel.

Fan-assisted cooling keeps the temperature even and defrosting runs automatically; the temperature is set on an electronic controller and shown on a thermometer. The four feet are adjustable. Temperature range +2…+10 °C, gross volume 400 l, net 368 l, internal measurements 1295 × 515 × 500 mm.

Power is only 175 W, energy use 2.4 kWh per 24 h and noise 42 dBA; refrigerant R600a, climate class 4 (+30 °C, 55% relative humidity). Overall size 1365 × 700 × 1100 mm; weight 156 kg (166 kg gross).
