The single-width cabinet has a non-insulated AISI 304 stainless-steel floor, and the interior walls are protected by stainless-steel bumpers on all 4 sides.
The evaporator sits in an external compartment, leaving the interior free for trolleys, and the monoblock refrigerating unit is easy to service and clean. An electronic control panel keeps a HACCP alarm log and signals temperature alarms, power failures and a dirty condenser.
Energy saving and overcooling functions are built in, along with a high or low humidity setting; defrost is automatic by electric heater.
