Three plastic-coated wire shelves per door come as standard; a hook rail for meat and salami, bottle racks and internal drawers are available as options. Removable shelving and rounded corners make cleaning simple. The control panel stores HACCP alarms, the evaporator sits inside the chamber and an electric heater handles automatic defrost.
