Call sales +372 5559 3678The solid-door Classic 2300 is aimed at production kitchens, hotels and food businesses that hold chilled ingredients in bulk at one setting between −2 and +10 °C. Its chamber holds 2102 litres and the cabinet is 2250 mm wide. The interior is AISI 304 stainless steel with three plastic-coated wire shelves on stainless-steel runners per door.
The controller keeps a HACCP alarm log, an Energy Saving function trims consumption and the evaporator is treated against corrosion. A hook rail for meat and salami and castors can be ordered as options. Refrigerating capacity 1238 W (evaporating −10 °C, condensing +54.4 °C), electrical power 870 W, refrigerant R290, climate class 5.
Dimensions 2250 × 850 × 2080 mm, net weight 315 kg. A remote REM version, ADF15300000000, is also available; its condensing unit is not supplied.
