The control panel lets the user choose high or low humidity, use the energy-saving and overcooling functions, and records HACCP alarms.
The evaporator is in a separate compartment and defrost by heater is automatic. Each door has three plastic-coated wire shelves; a single full door or two half doors can be ordered instead, and a Wi-Fi module is optional. Refrigerating capacity 1238 W (−10 °C / +54.4 °C), electrical power 870 W, refrigerant R290, insulation 75 mm.
External dimensions 2250 × 815 × 2080 mm, weight 347 kg gross and 315 kg net. The remote version (REM, ADE15300000000) comes without condensing unit.
