Call sales +372 5559 3678The Professional 700 is Everlasting's single-door refrigerator, fitting 625 litres of chilled storage into a body 750 mm wide and 2080 mm high. The temperature can be set between −2 and +10 °C, so the cabinet takes raw ingredients as well as prepared items. A separate evaporator compartment leaves the whole cabinet free for product, and the tropicalised monoblock unit is easy to service and clean.
The interior is AISI 304 stainless steel with rounded corners and racks that come out without tools. Three plastic-coated wire shelves sit behind the door; bottle racks, a hook rail for meat and salami and a pastry set-up are available as options. Refrigerating capacity 385 W (evaporating −10 °C, condensing +54.4 °C), electrical power 260 W, refrigerant R290, insulation 75 mm.
External dimensions 750 × 815 × 2080 mm, weight 149/137 kg. A remote version (REM, ADE12100000000) is also built, with the condensing unit not supplied.
