Call sales +372 5559 3678In a restaurant or hotel kitchen with only a 750 mm slot for a refrigerator, the Everlasting Classic 700 uses its 850 mm depth to hold 625 litres. The setpoint ranges from −2 to +10 °C, so it also takes produce that needs to be kept close to zero. Chamber and exterior are AISI 304 stainless steel, and the rounded internal corners are easy to clean.
Three plastic-coated wire shelves on stainless-steel runners are standard; options include a germicidal UVC lamp, bottle racks and a hook rail for meat and salami. The control panel keeps a HACCP alarm log and offers high or low humidity settings. Refrigerant R290, climate class 5, refrigerating capacity 385 W at −10 °C evaporating and +54.4 °C condensing, electrical power 260 W.
Outside it measures 750 × 850 × 2080 mm and it weighs 137 kg net. For the remote REM version the condensing unit is not supplied.
