The solid-door cabinet is 750 mm wide with a GN 2/1 interior and is built for daily use in restaurants, cafés and production kitchens. Three plastic-coated GN 2/1 wire shelves on stainless-steel runners are fitted, and rounded corners and removable shelving make the chamber easy to clean.
R290 refrigerant and 75 mm of high-density polyurethane insulation keep energy use down. The touch-screen controller gives a HACCP alarm, and the cabinet can be locked. Range −2…+10 °C, climate class 5, refrigerating capacity 409 W (−10/+54.4 °C), electrical power 280 W.
Dimensions 750 × 815 × 2080 mm; 135 kg net, 147 kg gross. Castors, a pastry set-up and stainless-steel wire shelves are available as options.
