Its bottom-mounted refrigeration unit is designed for demanding kitchen environments, and the cabinet is rated climate class 5. Three plastic-coated wire shelves ride on stainless-steel runners.
Rounded inner corners and racks that lift out without tools simplify cleaning, and the evaporator is defrosted automatically by an electric heater. The controller logs HACCP alarms and offers high or low humidity. Options include a hook rail for meat and salami, a reinforced wire shelf and two half doors.
