Description

For frozen goods in restaurant and hotel kitchens, the X7S111M offers three doors under a flat 4 cm worktop of 8/10 mm AISI 304 stainless steel. The interior is sized for GN 1/1 and holds 277 litres net. Shelves behind the doors are 32.5 × 53 cm, and the five positions per compartment also suit FlexSpace drawers.

Fan-assisted cooling with a duct panel keeps air moving, and the evaporator has an anti-corrosion treatment. The touch thermometer-thermostat has an RS485 port, and the unit connects to APO.LINK over Ethernet as standard. Energy class D, consumption 7.35 kWh per 24 h (2683 kWh a year, EEI 67.11).
