Ice and water dispenser Scotsman DXG 37

An ice maker and a dispenser share a single cabinet in the Scotsman DXG 37, which is 380 mm wide and 1696 mm tall. At the push of a button, Gourmet cubes drop straight into the customer's glass without being handled by staff. The product is listed as an ice and water dispenser.

The machine makes 20 g truncated-cone cubes and keeps up to 11 kg in its internal store. Air-cooled AS and water-cooled WS versions are available; the air condenser filter sits at the front and is easy to reach for quick cleaning. Electronic controls keep the ice consistent as the weather changes, and the structure is stainless steel.

Output up to 30 kg per 24 h at +10 °C air and water, or 17 kg at +32/+21 °C. The upright cabinet is 380 mm wide, 515 mm deep and 1696 mm tall, weighing 51 kg net and 61 kg gross. It uses R290 refrigerant on a 230 V / 50 Hz supply, rated at 320 W, with electricity use of 6 kWh per 24 h; the AS version uses 3 l/h of water.
