Call sales +372 5559 3678For sites with a heavy demand for ice, the Scotsman HID 540 produces up to 235 kg of nugget ice per 24 h at +10 °C air and water, or 166 kg at +32/+21 °C, holding 18 kg in its internal store. Nugget ice is compressed flake ice in pieces of about 1 g. The machine is air-cooled.
The evaporator and exterior panels are stainless steel, the bearings greaseless, and the sink opening and dispensing area large. Contoured sides and an external air filter help the cabinet breathe. Front panels and the storage bin are removable, making cleaning and servicing easier, while LED diagnostic lights and a unit QR code assist the technician.
The unit is 540 mm wide, 619 mm deep and 1143 mm high, weighs 95 kg net (98 kg gross) and runs on 230 V / 50 Hz. Refrigerant R404A; stainless-steel exterior.
