The SIS 700 combines ice storage and transport: ice falling from the machine collects in the compartment and is loaded from there into a cart that can be taken wherever ice is needed. The pre-cut top panel of this Scotsman bin accommodates several compatible ice makers.
The storage and frame are stainless steel outside, with a sanitary polyethylene compartment. The cart is filled through an easy-opening guillotine, the spring-loaded plastic door seals tightly and sliding windows allow the ice to be checked. An ice paddle and hanging bracket are standard.
The frame ships as a kit, and its heavy-duty base has a built-in drain with a reversible connection. The shuttle cart holds 73 kg and has rounded corners, manual water drainage, a wheel and a handlebar, with a set of 6 ice totes. The storage compartment takes roughly 318 kg of ice, or 249 kg under the AHRI standard.
The narrow 885 mm wide unit is 1267 mm deep and 1803 mm high and weighs 161 kg (198 kg gross).
