About this product

Description

A large cube melts slowly, which is why whisky and cocktail bars choose the IM-130PE-32: it makes 32 mm cubes of about 31 g that keep a drink cold without diluting it quickly. Up to 108 kg of ice is made per 24 h and held in a 50 kg built-in bin. The air-cooled machine runs on R290 and uses 16.7 litres of water an hour.

Hoshizaki includes automatic cleaning, and electrical power is 615 W.
