A single door on a 2000 mm-tall cabinet gives the SAGI HPC171L 17 pairs of runners for 60 × 40 cm trays. Each cycle freezes 38 kg from −9 °C to −18 °C at the core in 70/90 minutes. Seven shelves are supplied; at 180 mm spacing the compartment takes 18 containers of 36 × 16.5 × 12 cm or 12 of 36 × 25 × 12 cm, at 360 mm 18 carapines Ø 20 × 25 cm.
The cycle can be timed or ended by the single-point probe, in SOFT or HARD mode, and is followed automatically by preservation; precooling brings the cabinet to −25 °C beforehand. Inside are AISI 304 racks and a diamond-treated bottom with rounded corners and drain hole, and the evaporator is rustproofed copper/aluminium.
Condenser access is tool-free, and the APOLINK portal can be used with the optional accessory. R290 refrigerant, 1317 + 1317 W at −23.3 °C, 0.25 kWh/kg for freezing. The cabinet measures 800 × 930 × 2000 mm, weighs 245 kg net and connects to 400 V 3N~ at 50–60 Hz with 2500 W power.
