This is the mobile version of the 38 kg HPC171L: four swivelling castors, two with brakes, replace the feet and raise the height to 2010 mm. Output and interior are unchanged, so each cycle takes 38 kg of ice cream from −9 °C to −18 °C at the core in 70/90 minutes.
Seven 60 × 40 cm shelves come with it, and the 17 runner pairs allow 18 containers of 36 × 16.5 × 12 cm at 180 mm pitch or 18 carapines at 360 mm. A ten-chamber magnetic gasket seals the AISI 304 door, which has a full-height handle and closes by itself from below 90°.
A safety switch stops the internal fan. Electronics: a segment-display board with RS485, a single-point core probe, SOFT/HARD blast-freezing with −25 °C precooling and automatic preservation. Refrigeration is by a built-in air-cooled unit with R290, 1317 + 1317 W at −23.3 °C; 2500 W at 400 V 3N~, 50–60 Hz.
