The SAGI HPC51M is a counter-height ice cream blast freezer, 900 mm tall, with an 80 mm-high AISI 304 worktop that carries the control panel on its front. It freezes 20 kg per cycle from −9 °C to −18 °C at the core in 70/90 minutes and runs on a single-phase 230 V supply.
Two 60 × 40 cm shelves sit on two pairs of runners at 185 mm spacing. They take six containers of 36 × 16.5 × 12 cm, four of 36 × 25 × 12 cm or four gelato carapines Ø 20 × 25 cm. SOFT or HARD blast-freezing is timed or probe-controlled, preceded by −25 °C precooling, and the unit drops into preservation automatically at the end.
The door is hinged on the right and can be reversed on site. Built-in air-cooled unit with R290 (0.15 kg) and 1317 W at −23.3 °C; 950 W power draw, 0.26 kWh/kg freezing, 55 mm insulation, 60 dBA. Size 747 × 725 × 900 mm on 75–108 mm feet, 115 kg net.
The APOLINK accessory for remote control is optional.
