Condensation by water instead of air is what distinguishes the HPC51MW, a 747 × 725 × 900 mm ice cream blast freezer with an 80 mm AISI 304 worktop. It handles 20 kg per cycle, from −9 °C to −18 °C at the core in 70/90 minutes, and draws 1000 W. The two shelves on runners 185 mm apart hold 60 × 40 cm trays, six 36 × 16.5 × 12 cm containers, four 36 × 25 × 12 cm containers or four carapines.
Blast-freezing can be SOFT or HARD, by time or core probe, with −25 °C precooling and automatic preservation. A safety switch stops the fan, the gasket is a replaceable ten-chamber magnetic type, and the condenser is reached without tools. R290 refrigerant (0.15 kg), 1317 W at −23.3 °C; energy use 0.08 kWh/kg chilling and 0.26 kWh/kg freezing.
Weight 115 kg net on 75–108 mm feet, single-phase 230 V. The board has an RS485 port; APOLINK remote control requires the optional accessory.
