Limosa keeps ice cream on display at −21…−14 °C (temperature class 3L2), with the condensing unit built in. Straight modules of 1155, 1655 and 2150 mm take 12, 18 and 24 containers respectively, and an external 45° corner takes 12. Refrigeration uses a professional two-evaporator system with fan-assisted air flow, gas-electric defrost and automatic condensate evaporation.
All glass is double, heated and combined, with black screen printing and silver side profiles; the front glass lifts up and the serving side has glass sliding doors. The worktop is stainless steel, there is room for extra containers under the display shelf, warm LED light shines from the top, and a Carel or equivalent controller runs the case.
GN containers are not included. The case comes for self-finishing without front and bottom panels; ordered panels are black or white as standard, and so are the under-glass pit, plinths and frame. Joining in a line requires a fixed partition.
Side panels measure 40 mm; refrigerant R290; climate class 3 (+25 °C, 60% RH); power 230 V / 50 Hz.
