Call sales +372 5559 3678Delta View is an ISA gelato and pastry case built around visibility: straight lines and generous glazing leave the display as open to view as possible. With a working range of −20…+10 °C, the same case can be set up for gelato or for pastry and cakes. Fan-assisted cooling is paired with hot-gas defrost, and the compressor is hermetic or semi-hermetic.
The glass structure opens downwards, the operator side has glass sliding doors and the worktop is stainless steel. LED lighting runs at 5700 K, with 4000 K as an option. The case stands on height-adjustable feet and swivel castors with brakes.
Climate class 4 (+30 °C, 55% RH). Delta View can be installed in two ways: plug-in with its own refrigeration unit, or connected to remote refrigeration, where the condensing unit is not supplied with the case.
