Gelato display case ISA Pentagram Display

Pentagram Display is an ISA gelato case shaped around a single aim: the gelato should be as visible as possible to the customer. The manufacturer stresses quality materials and environmental sustainability, and the base Plus version runs on natural R290 refrigerant.

Cooling is fan-assisted with a hermetic compressor, and defrost is by reverse cycle. The front glass tilts open by hand, while polycarbonate sliding doors or a self-rolling curtain close the case. Glass comes single, single heated or heated laminated; the worktop is a quartz-based surface and the LED lighting is 5700 K or 4000 K.

Temperature range −20…+2 °C, climate class 7, refrigerant R290 or R452a depending on version. The case is built as a plug-in unit or as a remote version, for which no condensing unit is included. Options are a canalised layout for joining cases in a line and a dual-temperature configuration.
