Call sales +372 5559 3678Portofino is an ISA display range that the manufacturer sums up as functional elegance for any space. It comes in four regimes: −20…+10 °C for gelato and pastry, +1…+10 °C for pastry, +14…+16 °C for chocolate and pastry, and a hot-and-cold pastry case working at +1…+65 °C.
The front glass opens bottom-up on a servo mechanism, and the case has glass sliding doors. Cooling is fan-assisted with a hermetic or semi-hermetic compressor and reverse-cycle defrost. The worktop is white solid surface, the LED lighting is 5700 K with 4000 K as an option, and the case stands on height-adjustable feet, with swivel castors with brake optional.
Portofino is rated for climate class 7 (+35 °C, 70% RH). It is built either with its own condensing unit or for connection to a remote system, in which case the condensing unit does not come with the case.
