About this product

Description

Two chilled compartments of 1365 and 625 litres share the 2250 mm wide body of the Everlasting Professional 2300 2T refrigerator. Both hold −2…+10 °C, so different product groups can be kept behind separate doors. The interior is AISI 304 stainless steel with rounded corners and racks that lift out without tools.

Each door has three plastic-coated wire shelves on stainless-steel runners. Defrost by heater is automatic, and the anti-corrosion evaporator is housed apart from the storage space. The control panel provides a HACCP alarm log, an energy-saving function and an overcooling function.

Refrigerating capacity 385 W (evaporating −10 °C, condensing +54.4 °C), electrical power 260 W, refrigerant R290, insulation 75 mm. Weight 357/335 kg gross/net. A remote version (REM, ANE15300000000) is also available, with the condensing unit not supplied.
