Call sales +372 5559 3678The Professional 156 (60) is the shallow member of Everlasting's counter range: the 1569 mm wide cabinet is only 601 mm deep, so it fits narrower kitchen lines and open kitchens. It is a remote model, meaning the condensing unit is installed separately and is not supplied.
The evaporator sits outside the storage space and leaves the full interior for product. Interior and exterior are AISI 304 stainless steel, with the technical compartment and base in galvanised steel. Each door has one plastic-coated wire shelf on stainless-steel runners, defrost is automatic by electric heater, and the electronic control panel keeps a HACCP alarm log.
Glass doors with LED lighting, key locks, castors, a UVC lamp and 75 or 150 mm drawers are available as options. Temperature range −2…+10 °C in climate class 5; refrigerating capacity 671 W (evaporating −10 °C, condensing +54.4 °C); refrigerant R452A. The P version with worktop (TBE13100000000) stands 850 mm high, the S version without worktop 810 mm and the A version with splashback 950 mm.
